Use this page to request access, correction or deletion of data processed by the Akiya Journey Automation Instagram integration for @akiyajourney.japan.
How to request deletion
- Email akiyajourney.japan@gmail.com with the subject Instagram data deletion. The contact for this integration is Akiya Journey.
- Include the relevant Akiya Journey post link and, if available, your comment link or its approximate date. State whether you want access, correction or deletion.
- We will check for matching records and may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request concerns your data. We will explain the outcome and any remaining recovery-copy retention or valid exception.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents or payment details. Do not post private information in a public Instagram comment.
What deletion covers
This request concerns records held by the Akiya Journey integration. It does not delete your Instagram account, posts or messages held by Meta, or cancel a consultation or separately agreed service. Please use Instagram’s own controls for data held by Instagram.
Deletion from the active database does not instantly erase recovery backups. XServer describes a rolling 14-day backup period; recovery copies are not used for routine processing, and deleted or expired observation records must be removed before processing resumes after a restoration. As of 9 September 2026, limited receive-only comment processing is enabled for testing. Automated replies and direct messages remain disabled. You can contact the address above about this integration or its stored observation records.

Instagram連携データの確認・訂正・削除は、Akiya Journey（akiyajourney.japan@gmail.com）へご連絡ください。件名を「Instagram data deletion」とし、対象のAkiya Journey投稿URL、分かればご自身のコメントURLまたはおおよその日時、ご希望の対応をお知らせください。照合・本人確認に必要な最小限の追加情報をお願いする場合があります。対応結果と、復旧用コピーの残存期間や正当な理由で保持する情報がある場合は、その扱いをご案内します。
