Service Fees
Service fees are listed in Japanese yen on each service page and exclude consumption tax. When another currency is used, the payment provider’s exchange rate and fees may apply.

Additional Fees
Bank transfer fees, international remittance fees and FX charges (if applicable), document shipping fees, stamp duty, and travel expenses (if applicable; notified in advance).

Payment Method
Advance payment by credit card through Stripe or international bank transfer through Wise.

Payment is required at the time of service agreement (or before contract execution).

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the service, payments are non-refundable.
